License terms (nSync)

Terms of use

§1 General

This terms are just a translation. Only the german version of the terms are legal relevant.

The buyer gets with a successfully done payment transaction a license to use nSync. The license allows to use nSync for an unlimted time and to install it on one computer. The license will be exhibited from producer, publisher, copyright holder Richard Jung of nSync. The buyer only gets the permission of use and none copyrights or something like this.

§2 Restrictions / liabilities

Every license underlines following restrictions:

  1. The software nSync is allowed to be installed on one (1) computer.
  2. The passing and / or sell on of nSync is not allowed.
  3. The modification of nSync is not allowed.

The buyer and / or user of nSync is liable to stick on this terms.

§3 Privacy

The producer and publisher has to raise data from the buyer and / or user. They consist of account data from saju.eu (contact data, address, name, mail, etc.), the payment data and registration data, which will send by activating the license from nSync (hardware UUID and computer model).

The data will be used to identify the user / buyer and create anonymous statistics. The data will do not be handed over to third parties.

The buyer and / or user considers with the inquiries.

§4 Responsibility

The installation and use of nSync occures at your own risk. Every legal and none legal liability is barred. For every damage on software, hardware, devices, etc. incl. data lost exists none compensation claim. It does not exist any damages at law against the publisher and / or producer (Richard Jung).

§5 Charges & right of rescission

Based on the low selling price it is not possible to refund your payment out of your 14 days rescission period

The buyer does not have any charges referring to functionality, availability and support. Nonetheless the producer will try the best to guarantee functionality, availability and support.

§6 Changes of this terms

The producer has the possibility to change this terms everytime. If the buyer will not accept the new terms, it can use the license and software for a unlimited time, but it looses every kind of charges.

§7 Offenses

Every offense and every observance can trigger a prohibition of the license. The license owner and user / buyer loose the permission to use nSync. The software can not be reinstalled and updates can not be loaded. If every disagreement occures the decision will be by the publisher and producer of nSync.
